I have lived in the great state of Texas my entire life, in Randall County for the last 20 years, and specifically in Precinct 131 for almost nine years.  The second I turned 18, I registered to vote as a Republican and have since exercised that right.  I believe in conservative values, defending the Constitution, and promoting freedom.  I am a God-fearing American that believes in the sanctity of life, and the right to bear arms as described in the Second Amendment. I have a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, and a master’s degree in business administration.  I am currently employed as a Senior IT Systems Engineer and have been in the technology industry for over 20 years in both the government and private sector.  I am presently serving my second term as the Mayor of Lake Tanglewood, where I reside with my husband, Chris, and two children, Lincoln and Kherington.  Prior to that, I served as an Alderman for the Village of Lake Tanglewood.  I believe in giving back to my community, thus serving on several boards and committees.  Some of those positions have consisted of Secretary for Junior Achievement of the High Plains, President of Sundown Lane PTA, Secretary for Pinnacle PTA, Finance Vice President for Junior League of Amarillo, Lake Tanglewood Library Board, Chairman for School Health Advisor Council for Canyon ISD, and the list goes on.  I look forward to the opportunity to serve the Republicans of my County and Precinct 131.

I was elected precinct chair for Precinct 228 in May,2021, to fill an unexpired vacancy. My husband E.J. and I have lived in Precinct 228 since 1984. We have 3 grown children who attended AISD schools. My goal as Precinct Chair is to mobilize willing volunteers to block walk and/or call our Precinct 228 neighbors to get as many voters as possible to vote for Republicans! Each election is so vitally important and critical for the future of our great nation! I look forward to working with our Precinct 228 volunteers! Please call or email me with any questions or concerns.

I have been a Precinct Chair for over 25 years. I have lived in Randall County over 30 years. I have been to every Texas State Republican Convention in the past 25 years. I was self employed before retiring. I still have a lot of projects keeping me engaged with the community.

I am a conservative Republican. I believe in the traditional values. I moved to Canyon, Texas in 2023 to be near my son.

I lived in Forney, Texas

I became a Precinct Chairman in Randall County to be a small part of encouraging voters in my neighborhood to continue to speak out at the ballot box. This is critical for our children, grandchildren and I take that responsibility seriously.

Jodi Davis moved to Canyon in 1998 to attend West Texas A&M. She met her husband, Dustin Davis, while attending college; they are both graduates of West Texas A&M. Her husband is also an active member of our community and works with many people here. They are proud to call Canyon their home. She has a Master’s degree in Education and 17 years of experience as an educator, specializing in special education. She has a passion for helping all children, regardless of their abilities, to reach their full potential.

In addition to her work in education, Jodi currently serves as a full-time children’s minister at Living Water Christian Fellowship, where she and her family are also active members. This role has allowed her to work closely with families and children in our community.

Jodi and Dustin have two adult children, both born and raised in Canyon. They raised their family to have a strong sense of community and Christian values. Many members of both of their families served proudly in the military, which has instilled a strong sense of patriotism in them. They have taught their boys the importance of standing up for what is right, standing for the National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance and voting every time the opportunity arises.

I’m currently the precinct chair for Precinct 420. Before the precinct lines were redrawn, I was the chair for Precinct 418. However, my political involvement began at the age of 9 when Barry Goldwater ran for president on the Republican ticket. I gave any classmate who wanted one (And probably some who didn’t!)a Goldwater bumper sticker and took a class poll on the day of the Goldwater/Johnson election. Since Goldwater won handily in my poll, imagine my shock when Johnson became president! I continued being politically active as I graduated from Amarillo High (the Polk St. version) and West Texas State University. I proudly taught school for 31 years before retiring.

My beliefs are traditionally conservative. The Bible is the ultimate guide for my personal life and the Constitution is the ultimate guide for my life as an American. (Those two frequently intersect!) I’m pro-life and pro-2nd amendment. I believe parents are the ultimate judges of what’s right for their children and believe the least government is the best. Please join me in making Randall County and Precinct 420 a stronghold for conservatism.

I am a retired nurse currently caring for my mother. I lived in Virginia and worked for US Representative Beau Boulter in 1998 during the 100th Congress, in Washington, D.C. I was previously a Precinct Chair in San Antonio. I also ran a paid telephone Bank Coordinator for U.S. Presidential Candidate Pat Robertson in February and March, 1988. I trained other coordinators as well. It was a 7 day a week phone operation. I ordered 30+ phones, obtained office space, hired and fired the phone bank operators and assistant coordinators, ensured payment of the $35,000 – $46,000 monthly telephone bills and closed the operation when completed. We were also asked to coordinate calls throughout Texas and other key states until the Candidate suspended his campaign.
